My first-gen iPod shuffle, which was so old it practically included a tape deck, died, so now I have the Shuffle 4th Generation. Smaller, easier to use, and waaay better than the third gen, which used special headphones and required voice commands.

Speaking of headphones, I got a pair of Bose IE2s, which are great for athletics because of the unusual ear bud that stays in the ear better. They also sound far better than the Apple buds that come with the Shuffle. They're not cheap, but it's not too early to start bugging Santa.
