New cooling accessory to be tested: innovative hat insert

I was sent a hat insert from First Line Technology to test and it looks pretty cool, literally. It's a cooling pack that velcros into most hats and holds more promise than the evaporative type you just get wet. We'll see how well it works....

Hmm. This is going to need a bit more testing. I don't know if it has enough cooling power for MSers....

This product is going to be hard to test with my normal tests. It doesn't need refrigeration and putting it in the freezer only makes it feel cold for 10-15 minutes or so. But I used it today on a hike and my head "felt" cooler as it the liner absorbed some of my body heat. How do I quantify that? Hmm. This will be tricky....
