  • Kitchen tips from Can-Do MS

I love to cook and most of these tips are pretty solid and I follow many of them. Except for one critical one. Jarred garlic? Blasphemy. Easy, yes. Tasty, no. It can muck up an otherwise yummy meal. On that note, other essentials to avoid: dried basil, dried parsley, and dried tarragon. They just don't work. Sorry for the aside, that's the chef in me grousing. I also make my own tomato sauce in under 10 minutes, but admittedly it does take longer than opening a jar, so I'll let that slide....

I like Can Do MS. They have regular webinars also which they archive on their website.

Thanks for posting this! (Oh, and I totally agree about the garlic.)
