115 degree day + all day Kenpo seminar + MS = bad legs & a big ass ice pack strapped to my body.

What a day! MS can be a real bitch sometimes, as we all know, and mine decided to pitch a diva style tantrum today. I'll be damn though if it's gonna take away my martial arts.

Just had to get that out there.

Kudos AZ, for not letting 115 degrees stop you. 115 - OUCH!!!!!! I'm guessing that may have cost a little extra recovery time.
