  • Water Therapy

    I have had numerous sets of regular PT and they were not very successful. This time I am doing water therapy, I am so suprised and excited at the results I am getting. I am getting stronger and building back some of the muscle I have lost or at least it seems that way. After the therapy is over I can get a pass to come back to their pool to maintain. If anyone is like me and not had much success with regular PT (of course if I had done the exercises at home) maybe water therapy would work for you.

    I agree, water pool time is the best. I joined the local Y and take pool classes, mostly deep water aerobics. We use floatation belts, so knowing how to swim in not important. I can do more in the water than in any "land" class or PT.
