KAFO Knee ankle foot orthotic

I have used a AFO for the past two years and it has really helped me. Now the doctor wants me to get a KAFO. It is pretty expensive and before I get one I was wondering if anyone on this site uses one and what their thoughts are on it. Thanks.

I have a full leg brace...one that goes from the thigh down to the foot. Is that what you're talking about?
