I used to run a car magazine and we tested all sorts of automotive gear. But we never tested paint color and how it related to heat. Specifically, is a black car really that much hotter than a white car?
The folks at BuzzFeed tested just that and their heat-gun tests revealed some not too surprising results. The color of your car matters if staying cool (at least temperature wise, not necessarily fashion wise) is a priority.
