Just like all of us, I am always on the hunt for good MS info and I thought I'd share a few things I've come across recently that I've found helpful. (Apologies if any of this has already been shared and with YouTube be aware it will "feed" you content you didn't ask for.)
A recent local NMSS Lecture Series event on cannabis use for MS, featured Allen Bowling, MD, author of "Optimal Health with Multiple Sclerosis". I didn’t go to the lecture, I waited too long to register and apparently it filled up pretty quickly.
I have read his book however, and after watching this interview with him on YouTube I feel like I get the gist of what he would have said.

l've also discovered Dr. Aaron Boster, a neurologist and MS specialist in Ohio. He’s got a great channel on YouTube that covers a variety of topics. Anyway, I got a lot out of his video on Steven Krieger’s "Leaky Pool Model of MS."

And when you need a good laugh (as our fearless leader recommends) here’s a link to the "Dry Bar Comedy" channel. It’s family friendly.
