One of my neuros got this funny scale from a patient who wrote it up based on personal experience, and I thought I'd share. If you've ever shopped at a Walmart (that would be yes for 99% of us) you can probably relate. Although, like MS, it is slanted toward the fairer sex.

Gave myself a 2 except my bribe is McDonalds. I'm there so long I get ravenous and gotta eat before I pass out. Smelling the roasted lemon-pepper chicken doesn help either.
