I’m just wondering what people are taking for a DMT if non active SPMS? I’m finding it confusing since most medications only show benefit if you have new or enlarging lesions. I’ve also read that people can have a relapse after 10 years of inactivity. These were people who came off their medicine since they thought the risk of relapse was over .

Hi, I was diagnosed with rrms and first tried aubagio but after the MRI showed new activity so switched to tecfidera. Honestly think I'm already spms very frustrated that we don't know if the drugs are working or the Ms is paused. Sounds to risky not to take the meds
