i'm new

i am cared for by a full time carer called rachel.

my family really started to struggle with my care but i still see them

my carer changes me and pushes my wheelchair and stuff

i am in nappies because i can't use the toilet

i go out sometimes to the shops or to the park. when we go out rachel has to see if it's good for me or not their are a lot of factors like is it good for my wheelchair
