My goal when I started the CONNECT forum (indeed when I started ActiveMSers) was to help others "arrange to meet up with active MSers or announce MS-related events in your area." On the surface it sounds like a great idea. But in reality....
Not enough people in those forums are posting, which is crippling the mission I have for that section. I always hear of local events in Albuquerque and post them here, but no one does the same in any other city, even though hundred of people would read them and countless members would benefit. Heck, someone from the NMSS or even drug reps could post about local MS events.
What are your thoughts? Hold on for a bit longer? Consolidate into one forum (instead of dividing it up by regions)? Shut it down altogether? Confused....
