The Pilates Therapist

Hello,

Curious to know if anyone out there has tried the Pilates Therapist flash cards. I saw an ad in the Summer 2013 Momentum.
Upon investigation, I see it priced @ $50.00.
I presently own quite a few pilates dvds that I rarely use.
If anyone has experience w/ this system, I'd
greatly appreciate your input.

Sorry Lorie, not here. I've used the Pilates for Dummies book and it is far cheaper than $50. I'd look at that first.

Thanks Dave. Since my question, a friend found a recumbent bike for me & I've been
happily riding almost daily. Yay me!

Lorie, that is fantastic. Are you using it for exercise only, or for stuff like shopping and visiting friends (point a to point b)?
