  • first phase done.

    In a little over six months I have lost over 80lbs. I am now shifting my focus from weight loss to increased muscle mass. I have been walking most days. Now I will walk every other day and work with kettlebells on the other days. I will try to keep you posted on my progress. Oh Dave soon we will change my user name to Fit Paul. Thanks

      I am a fit, active person, but I don't think i'd EVER be able to whip myself into shape if I really let myself go. It takes so much more to get back than it does to maintain. You're an inspiration!!
