OK, maybe not the moon but today I hiked to the top of tent rocks, the VERY top. By the time I got back down to the parking area I was dragging my left leg behind me doing my best impersonation of Quasimodo. As a reward for my great performance the "woman to blame" bought lunch at the Range cafe in Bernalillo. All in all a great day.

No (positive) changes to my workouts. I have dialed back the kettle bells due to increased weakness and my walking has slowed down. I am starting to figure out how to stay active in the face of progression. Managing fatigue, staying cool and avoiding stress seams help. Also, when I wake up in the morning I do a quick self assessment, if I feel reasonably good I attack the day in gimp-warrior fashion. If I feel like crap I just do what I can. Probably the same for most of us.
