I'm putting the final touches on our HIIT for MS guide and it is coming together nicely. It should be out next week! A little bonus preview: I tried multiple ways to get into the HIIT zone (for me, a heart rate of 134 beats per minute or higher). Simulating running, pumping my arms, got me there. But then I wondered if I could get there using just one arm. YUP. And then because I over do things, I tried with NO arms, just squirming side-to-side as quickly as possible. YUP. But I'll admit, I looked seriously funny. But even with minimal strength, HIIT is doable.
