Creatine

Sometimes it makes me feel nausea, much more when I first began using it. My sweat is way stinkier which is kinda gross. I only notice it when I'm working out and sweating hard though.

When I was younger (b4 ms) I lifted a lot and used creatine regularly. I didn't have any unwanted effects, but honestly don't think I got much from it.

I use creatine and carnitine. I'm not an expert by any means. I think Dr Terry Wahls also mentions it in her protocol for MS. I do strength training 3-5 times per week with some cardio. I think cardio is something you build up to over time, even on stationary bike or modomed (arm cycle). I've been dx'd for almost 12 years and exercising consistently for 2-3 years. Exercise makes me feel strong, cabaple and more energetic.
