Do hard stuff!

I plan to do hard stuff for as long as I am physically able. Hopefully that is forever! This past weekend I, along with my family, spent two days whitewater rafting on the Ottawa River. These are the second biggest commercial rapids in North America. The fact that they take normal, every day people on these boggles my mind. It was fun! We went last year and just had to come back!
