I usually ride a tricycle, but only recreationally and don't plan to race, it's more of a daily routine to reduce my fatigue; and I also do some running!

What kind of exercise do you usually do?

Gah! This post is timely. I was just recently giving myself a talking-to about my sluggish self and exercise avoidance. The truth is that I abhor exercising. This is not a new thing. I’ve always hated exercising. I don’t mind a leisurely stroll but going out to actually get the heart pumping is not something I view as remotely enjoyable. I do downhill ski but the enjoyment in that comes more from the beautiful, natural environment of the mountains than the exercise part.
I need to start doing something. I used to always slug away at getting my steps. Then a relapse in 2023 left me with a wonky leg and I had an excuse. Now my wonky leg, over a two year time span, has mostly recovered to about 80% normal function. I have no excuses now.
