The diet will improve symptoms, but if you attempt it solo, you will almost certainly mess it up. I did, and for over a year! So don't do what I did.

Research the clinician directory at www.diagnosisdiet.com and see if you can find someone in your country and state who is trained. (The practitioners with the stylized D on their profiles have taken and completed the keto training). Health insurance may help, so ask.
