    I take this as a gentle reminder. Thank you. I had to miss my class a few times early summer and it was just too easy to keep missing. There are things I can/MUST continue whether at class or not. Karen

  • Importance of balance training—is it part of your workout?

    This story was in the Sept 15 issue of the New York Times and was sent to me by a fellow active MSer. While it doesn't specifically address MS, the message is spot on. I've been doing balance work for months now (actually, every time I brush my teeth) and it has made a big difference. Does anyone else work on their balance?
