Release date update: slight delay

I am on the final pages, but a family emergency, technically two, have cost me a week+ in writing. I will have a draft complete within the next couple weeks. I'll then work on an Author's Note that will have all the details of Chapter 36's release. I wanted to have it come out in November but I've made the critical decision to push it back to December (no later than January) for reasons that you will understand.
