While I wistfully dream about readers absorbing every sentence of mine that gets published, I'm also a realist. Sit Down Before Reading is long, as in Moby-Dick long. And people have shorter attention spans (thanks in part to brain fog) as well as actual lives. I also realize busy doctors are unlikely to curl up with a book that is longer than many medical textbooks. So, I've created two essential cheat sheets: one that summarizes the memoir (complete with reading instructions) and another that is a concise wrap up of the entire Lyme disease epidemic (complete with how it spreads, how it presents, why it went undetected, how it fooled scientists, and more). These two shareable/printable documents are essentially 2.5 years of work condensed into two glorious, fact-filled pages.
