Sorry for the delay, it takes time for my brain to connect the dots. As we all know too well, Lyme/MS is near impossible to treat effectively. Antibiotics are a temporary solution, GLP-1s are expensive with side effects, and the ketogenic diet is not sustainable long term. But I figured out another way to shut down the disease thanks in part to a nudge by Dr. Jane Goodall (RIP). Best of all it's easy, affordable, and effective. I plan to share before the close of 2025. Stay tuned, it's gonna get crazy. -Dave

I've gone off all dietary restrictions. I think I'm on the right path, now I'm fine tuning. In the process, I've discovered something paradoxical to our current approach to treating health issues with diet. Traditionally, diets have been about restricting what you eat and drink, but it appears the trick with Lyme is what you need to add....Dave Bexfield

Thanks for sharing, Dave. Conditions like Lyme/MS often overlap with underlying neurodegeneration, which is why imaging insights such as hippocampal structural changes (https://www.alzevita.com/hippocampal...ctural-changes) are so important. Looking forward to learning more about your approach later this year.
