I've been having a real problem with restless legs syndrome at night this past week or so. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Some things that have helped me as well as other people who have restless legs are supplements of Folic Acid and Magnesium, exercise, and as crazy as it sounds placing a bar of soap inside a sock and placing it under the sheet at the foot of your bed. I have had people swear by the soap thing, although I have never tried it.
