MS Mondays is an internet radio show, sponsored by the National MS Society. dedicated to helping people with MS. Join us on Monday, June 4 for this one-time class offering - Fitness for LIFE!
I teach a class called Fitness for the Trail & for LIFE! We’re taking this class outside of Northern California via the Nat'l MS Society's internet radio show “MS Mondays.”
This interactive experience will enable you to learn about the elements of health and fitness and how you can prioritize the 6 critical areas that directly address your physical health. This training can help you define what’s most important to work on. Then we’ll practice some simple movements to improve in each area to gently organize fitness into your life.
Achieving a sustainable foundation can make a profound difference in your quality of life and your ability to enjoy the outdoors.
We invite your participation in this special training segment – Monday, June 4 from 11 a.m. to noon Pacific time. Listen and feel free to call in with a question or comment.
